How much does a visit cost?+
A service visit is $79 for up to 60 minutes. No hidden fees. Clear pricing and communication before we begin and throughout the visit.
Do you charge for diagnostics?+
Diagnostics are included in the visit. We assess your issue as part of the service – no separate diagnostic fee. If we can’t solve one of your tech problems, you don’t pay for the visit.
Do you handle Wi-Fi set up?+
Your internet service provider will usually have a free service option. (After all, you’re already paying them!). However, if you have your own router you’d like to set up, we can help. WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity are one of the most common issues we fix.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Harlingen, Brownsville, San Juan, Donna, Weslaco, South Padre Island, and surrounding RGV communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Book and we’ll confirm.
Do you offer same-day service?+
Yes, when schedules allow. We typically respond within 1–2 hours of booking. Book early in the day for the best chance of same-day service.
Can I reschedule my appointment?+
Yes. While we appreciate a 24 hour notice, we know things happen. Please call us to reschedule or cancel the visit as soon as plans change. Before the tech advisor is on the way, we will call or text, please make sure to update or confirm the visit.
So what’s the process?+
Schedule a time for your tech advisor visit. We will call or text to let you know when tech help is on the way with an estimated arrival window.
Can I gift a Tech it Easy visit?+
Yes - parents, Tias, Tio’s and grandparents are most welcomed. Our tech advisors are knowledgeable but above all, patient and kind.
What if I have multiple tech issues?+
We love to tech troubleshoot! That hour is dedicated just for you. We encourage clients to make a list. Think of it like a personal tech guru in your home! Our tech advisor gets to work resolving your biggest tech issue first. We create a custom tech reference sheet just for you, and then get to work on solving any extra tech issues and answer any tech-related questions you might have for the remainder of the hour.
